01Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how NAND (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, handles and protects personal information received through this website and through NAND’s contact channels.
NAND is an informal, unregistered creative studio run jointly by its founders, SAI RAKSHAN and YUVARAJHAN, in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India. NAND is not a registered company, LLP or registered partnership firm, and has no separate corporate personality.

To protect the founders’ personal safety and privacy, residential addresses are not published on this website. Where a physical address is legally required for a contract or formal proceedings, it is provided directly to the contracting party or the relevant authority.
02Who this policy covers
This policy applies to visitors browsing the website, prospective clients sending project enquiries, students asking about academic projects, and anyone contacting NAND. NAND works with businesses, startups and agencies; individual developers, creative professionals and portfolio owners; college students and academic project teams; and educational institutions and non-profit organisations.
Students and minors
The website is open to visitors of all ages. Contracts for paid services must be entered into by people who have the legal capacity to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (generally 18 years or older). If a student under the age of majority sends an enquiry that leads to a paid engagement, it must be approved or co-signed by a parent, legal guardian or sponsoring institution. NAND does not knowingly target children or track their personal data for behavioural profiling.
03Information collected
This website has no user accounts and no registration. The information NAND may receive is limited to the following.
The project booking form
The booking form asks for:
- Your project: the type of project, and optionally a project name. If you opened the form from a template, the chosen starting design is included.
- Your requirements: a project description, and optionally desired features, other features, reference or inspiration links, and your current website address.
- Academic project details (only for academic project types): technology requirements set by your institution, and optionally the project level, the services needed and an expected deadline.
- Budget, support, timeline and hosting: optionally a budget range, a support plan after launch (3 months, 6 months or 1 year), a timeline and a hosting preference (free hosting, your own domain, or a recommendation). If you choose your own domain, whether you already have one and, optionally, the domain name. These are preferences only, not quotes or commitments.
- Your contact details: your full name, email address and phone number with country code, and optionally a company, brand or institution name and what describes you best (for example business, college student or individual).
- Your agreement: that you ticked the box agreeing to this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
Please do not include sensitive personal information, such as health or financial details, in the free-text fields.
Messages you send us directly
If you contact NAND by email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram, NAND receives whatever you choose to include in your message, together with your email address, phone number or account name on that service.
Technical information
When your browser connects to the website, the hosting, network and content-delivery services involved may record standard technical request data, such as your IP address, browser user-agent and the time of the request. This is used to operate and secure the service. It is not combined with booking enquiries.
04How enquiries are handled
NAND receives and manages enquiries and project communication through its business inbox, nandui.web@gmail.com, and by phone and WhatsApp (opens in a new tab) on +91 9025009170.
Answers you type into the booking form are held in your open browser tab while you complete it. They are not saved to your browser’s storage, so they are cleared when you leave or reload the page.
Enquiries and messages NAND receives are accessible only to its founders, SAI RAKSHAN and YUVARAJHAN.
05Why the information is used
Personal information is used only to:
- evaluate your project’s scope and technical requirements, and prepare a proposal or quotation;
- communicate with you about your enquiry or commission;
- carry out an agreement you sign with NAND;
- prevent spam, abuse and attacks on the website;
- meet applicable commercial, tax and accounting record-keeping obligations.
NAND does not sell, rent, lease or otherwise monetise personal information, and does not share it with data brokers, advertising networks or other commercial third parties.
06How long information is kept
NAND has no automated deletion system. Records are reviewed and deleted by the founders manually.

07Your requests and deletion
You can ask NAND to show you, correct or delete the personal information it holds about you.
- How to ask: email nandui.web@gmail.com or message +91 9025009170 with the subject “Data Deletion Request” (or describe what you need).
- What happens: after verifying your identity, the founders manually review and delete the relevant correspondence and personal details under NAND’s direct control, except where records must be kept for legal, financial, contractual or dispute-related reasons.
- Copies held by others: deletion covers records under NAND’s direct control. Copies held by service providers (for example Google’s Gmail or network logs) are subject to those providers’ own retention policies.
Because NAND keeps enquiries only in its inbox, deleting them removes your earlier briefs and instructions permanently. If you return later for changes, extensions or references to earlier specifications, NAND will have no record of them, and the details will need to be sent again.
08Sharing and third-party services
NAND does not sell personal information. It is handled by the following services only as needed to run the website and communicate with you:
- Google (Gmail) hosts NAND’s business inbox, nandui.web@gmail.com, which receives emails you send.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message NAND there.
- Google Fonts (
fonts.googleapis.com,fonts.gstatic.com) delivers the website’s typefaces to your browser. - jsDelivr (
cdn.jsdelivr.net) delivers code libraries used by the home page’s 3D scenes. - Hosting and network providers: the services that host the website and route connections to it (hosting, DNS and secure-connection services) process network data such as IP addresses.
These providers receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser details, and their own privacy policies apply.
09Browser storage and cookies
This website stores one item in your browser: your cookie choice (nand-consent, in local storage). It sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. Details, and the option to change your choice, are in the Cookie Policy.
10The agreement checkbox
The booking form has a required checkbox that is never pre-ticked: “I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.” The form cannot be submitted until it is ticked. Both policies open in a new tab, so your answers stay on the form while you read them.
11Changes to this policy
NAND will update this page when the way information is handled changes. The “Last updated” date above changes with each revision.
