01Our commitment

NAND wants everyone to be able to use this website. Its goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

This is a goal, not a claim of conformance. The website has not been formally audited or certified for accessibility by anyone. NAND keeps testing and improving it.

02What has been built in

  • Keyboard use: links, buttons and form fields can be reached and used with a keyboard (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter and Space).
  • Visible focus: the control you are on shows a clear outline when you navigate with a keyboard.
  • Forms: booking form fields have written labels and hints. Errors are explained in text next to the field, not by colour alone, and are announced to screen readers.
  • Readable text: main text is dark ink on a light paper background.
  • Layouts for every screen: pages adapt to phones, tablets and desktop screens. Wide tables scroll inside their own box rather than the whole page.
  • Reduced motion: when your device is set to reduce motion, the website turns off smooth scrolling, shortens the loading-screen animation and removes some larger movements, such as the car’s weaving path in the “Why NAND” section and its drive-away at the end of the home page.

03Known limitations

  • 3D graphics: the cars and engine on the home page are drawn in WebGL canvases, which screen readers cannot describe. The information they illustrate, NAND’s services and the contact options are also available as ordinary text.
  • Motion: with reduced motion on, some 3D scenes still move as you scroll.
  • Loading and older devices: the home page needs WebGL and loads its 3D content before it opens, which can take longer on slow connections or older devices. The other pages do not use 3D.
  • Contrast: some small secondary labels use a lighter grey that may be below the recommended contrast for small text.

04Report a problem

If any part of the website is difficult for you to use, please tell NAND at nandui.web@gmail.com, or by phone or WhatsApp (opens in a new tab) on +91 9025009170. Say which page and what happened if you can.

NAND reviews every report and will try to provide the information or service you need in another accessible way, as soon as reasonably possible.
